New for 2018, ‘Fit5’ Weekly Fitness Program is a 5-step repeatable circuit style workout designed to support the needs of our active yet busy hotel guests with limited time. Each workout features a circuit of 5 stations covering cardio, strength & core (repeated 5 times) along with warm-up and finisher circuits for a complete full body workout in 30-45 minutes. Workouts are written on the mirror for easy viewing so guests can just show up and get to work, and minimal equipment is required. A treadmill (or available cardio machine), bench, free weights and body weight is all that’s needed for an effective sweat in a limited footprint, with workouts updated weekly.
